It's electric and after years of being in the shed it no longer works of course. And the metal bucket is a bit rusty. On the way to carrying it to the dumpster I realized it would make a great container for some kind of plant. I borrowed the drill from the man and drilled some holes in the bottom and will fill it with dirt today. I just need to figure out what I would like to see growing in it. I'm thinking the paddle thingie would make a cute little trellis to stick out on top for some kind of vine. Maybe green beans? Any suggestions?
Do you have any interesting things that you were about to throw out and re purposed for gardening?

I think I would have to put something floral in it, maybe with some ivy for the vine. My MIL has one has one of those big wooden buckets in her flower garden on it's side half buried in the dirt and then she planted white and blue alyssum in cind of a wavy swath so it looks like water spilling out of the bucket down the hill. I thought that was kind of cool.
