I set up groups I think might be interesting and then sometimes don't come back very often. It is nice to see that people like some of them, like this one. Next I need to bring some more of my stuff here. Too many things I want to do and just not enough time.

I just posted my bruschetta version I created which is a fave of mine - never saw one with balsamic vinegar and fresh lemon juice - made it today after pinching the big leaves off my new basil plants I put in last week...

That sounds perfectly lovely. Love the lemon touch and balsamic vinegar with basil, sublime.
One of my favorites was my "Sometimes You don't Mounds Bar Cheesecake." It featured a deep chocolate crust, marbled coconut creamcheese/vanilla cheese filling and a chocolate ganache topping. "Almond Joy cheesecake" featured crushed almonds in the chocolate crust and a swirl of chocolate almond filling through the middle of the cake and the same ganache topping. Back in the day as 10 Beach Drive's dessert lady, the Mounds Bar Cheesecake was Judge P's favorite. He would sit at the bar at lunch and wait to see what my delivery boy would take into 10 Beach...he would preorder a slice upon it's arrival.

When I started this group I had no idea it would be such a hit. I can't believe over 600 recipes. But that was the idea. Now I have to add some of my own to it. I've accumulated some new stuff since I last posted here.
