I found i had to limit the amount of lettuce each child ate as they could devour a whole lettuce with every meal, if you want them to like greens let them grow snow peas and eat them off the vine teach them to like food that is good healthy fuel to build a body on and they will discern good food for themselves hope this doesn't sound too preachy but making sure their teeth and bones are healthy way into their twenties is easy if you decide to make these choices
