I've made it twice already and have gotten raves. Another fave is my gorganzola stuffed beef burgers. Dessert is still up in the air. I was thinking about a really good ice cream with hot expresso poured over it and devoured pronto!

I taught a breakfast in bed class last night and we made a hot chocolate with ganache (1 part chocolate 1 part cream) and milk, added a pinch of spices (I use cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger). Then I floated 2 scoops of coffee ice cream in the top. Garnish with whipped cream, a bit of spices and some chocolate shavings. Just an alternative.

Go Colts!
