choc chip cookies
ok, so have you ever eaten a good gourmet choc chip cookie from a bakery? or eaten an Otis Spunkmeyer or such? Have you ever noticed that the chocolate chips in these cookies are moist and gooey? And I don't mean when the cookies are warm. They can be room temperature and several hours old, and the choc chips are still moist and gooey. Does anyone know how in the world to do this?

RE: choc chip cookies
It's the chips they use instead of the method. For example ghirardelli and dove chocolate chips are softer than hersheys, and hersheys are softer than tollhouse and store brand chips.
