that being said there are people here that have been trying to set a precedence on how this site can be used... and what type of recipes that are acceptable...
there are recipes that have been posted that I do not agree with but I just skip them... do I feel that recipes that are of items that we would 'normally ' buy at a grocery store are great... I am glad to know what I am putting in my body as well as what I am putting on my body...... I prefer to not have a lot of chemicals in my cleaning supplies... I organically kill bugs.... so any recipes that help me achieve that goal is great...
this is my opinion and it may not be shared by all... but that is what makes this site great.... what doesn't make this site great is the nastiness, rudeness, and the ability to make others feel badly...

Fourth...I and others are not afraid of speaking our mind on this site for fear of being lowballed....And I'm sure those who have read posts know that already..We just don't care to get involved in all the crap anymore...I'm not here for 5's on my recipes, I'm here to share my cooking experiences with others who are here for the same thing.
And finally fifth.....All sites have their share of "Trolls" Saying you are sorry you ever joined this site is not how to make friends and form lasting relationships on a site that has way more to offer than recipes ....I love Grouprecipes and the people here....I'm sorry you haven't had the same experience here.
