I can't remember the exact error message I got, but it would absolutely make me bat$hit crazy when I'd try like 5 times and get the same thing.....
Perhaps try shrinking the image at: www.shrinkpictures.com (or) maybe try using the site during the least busy times--which I will guess at being very late at night --maybe?
