HAPPY HALLOWEEN... some of us had the trick or treaters Friday night and others have them tonight...Have fun if you are going to party and remember not to drink and drive...
it is 7:45 pm here and we had a sort of nice day..it was cloudy and breezy but no rain and it was nice outside temperature wise...so all and all a nice day...
prayers for all in need... safe arrival for those traveling...
the pots are on for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate....ice tea and coffee are made ... the spike table is set up and there is a fresh bowl of whipped cream...

My husband and I just finished watching Monk with the children. It is nice to be able to watch a 'clean' program with them. And this one had a dog who had puppies so .....
M2, Bill wanted me to say thank you for the wonderful sentiments you expressed regarding his military service. Boy, did he appreciate that! and me too!
Please have a safe Halloween. I am going out with the kids and yes, in costume. Fun and Bill has the fun of opening the door at least a hundred times.
Praying for our 'little ones and their families' and hope everyone is all better soon.
Peeta I know I will need the spike table on Sunday but today a hot chocolate will do. Thanks for being hostess for us all.
We will be busy making trick or treat mini-muffins all day so see you later or tomorrow.

Loving my new computer, Windows 7 is really neat. Think I've gotten everything on here the way I want it, just have to get use to it all now. It's so much lighter then my other one was, that's so hard to believe. Doesn't get as hot either, that's a plus. ;0)
My grandson's wife is coming to spend next weekend with us, we'll pick her up about 3:30 on Friday. She was suppose to go to Chris's dads this weekend but his wifes mother is back in the hospital so she didn't get to go.
I'll check back in later to see how everyone is doing. See you for coffee in the morning Peeta.

Vickie that sounds like fun....enjoy yourself and stay safe. My grandson and a friend offered to come down and pass out candy for me. It's non-stop for 2 hours....... we live in a kind of private neighborhood with only one access in and out......people know it's safe here and caravans of trick ot treaters come to our homes from other parts of the city.

Well Jeanne made it home. Guess she had a hard time leaving friends. Didn't get on the road till 10PM. Not sure what time she arrived but she is here safely. Love the way she parked the truck,it's almost in the middle of the street. LOL! It was a long worrisome day for me but it is over.
