I hope the morning is going good... here in the northeast it is suppost to be our coldest morning this Fall... I am not looking forward to snow...
it is 7:30 pm Wednesday night here and we had a nice day... the next couple of days don't sound so good thought.... my husband spent the morning cutting some wood.... and working on my last studio table....I did fun stuff like clean house !!

the pots are on for coffee, tea and hot chocolate... the pitchers of ice tea and coffee are in the refrigerator... the goodie yesterday were great...

Jake had one of his tests - the barium swallow - it showed a hitial hernia - so now they are going to go ahead and do the endoscopy - its all just a little hard to be here and he and Krista so far away - Karla has another 4 weeks left before she's due and she needs me here - she's going through the edema and pre eclampsia - so they are keeping a close eye on her blood pressure one bit more than it is and she will be induced - and I cannot even take a minute off work -
Henrie - Patti and Tink I hope your all feeling better - Jet - my prayers are with you and Ana I am so glad you have a date and I will continue to keep you on my prayer list....
Jimmie has been away this week so its been ok to come home tired and just flop into bed and not have to worry about dinner or anything else....

I love these days but am always happy when the clamor quiets down. For Thanksgiving we are making (on a large plywood board) a re-creation of the first Thanksgiving. All made by the children. What a morning... I woke up at 7 after getting about 4 hours sleep (big insomnia last night) and I got a call from the academy saying I should not go to teach today. There were students going to the hospital with H1N1 so the academy director decided to close today for prevention.
Thank you for all your prayers. I am not feeling so well today... But I am really happy the surgery will happen soon and I won't feel this pain again.
I will enter the hospital on the 25th at night, so I am guessing I will go into surgery on the 26th morning. I will stay for one night there and then I will go to my parents to recover.
Peeta, I will take a hot chocolate later. I am enjoying a nespresso coffee, anyone interested come over. I have raspberry and almond squares that are a delight.
My prayers to Jake... He will be better soon... And we are here for you, keep us posted ok?
Victoria, sounds like you will have fun. That is a wonderful documentary. I actually saw it at the IMAX of London and loved it. Really well made and so proper for children and adults to learn. Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet are great narrating it.
