But yes, always calling the *troops* out when she feels someone has been cruel to her. Sorry, get over it! And what really bugs me about her is I have left many a comment on her recipes and never once got a reply. Not that I necessarily expect one or need one but usually when you leave a nice comment most everyone else replies back with at least a thank you. I only have to guess that what I think of a recipe matters not to her. I'm not a *chef* as she is, Don't mean to rag on her but really think she is very self serving and self centered.
Again.....just my opinion. : )

I have to agree whole heartedly Wynne. It has gotten to be so ridiculous that you don't dare state your honest opinion on anyone's recipe or you will be low-balled by the "troops"! I don't think that is the intent of this site to be run by bullies who dictate who and what we should like or dislike. It's time it stopped. It's taken the fun and purpose out of this site. I guess we should all abandon our ratings for the cause and just say what we think!

I don't care about the ratings....at first I was insulted when someone lowballed one of my favorite recipes, but I am over that now, because of the weird stuff that is appearing on this site. I am not making 'buddies' with people who are new and want to "collect" a bunch of friends and not put out the effort to post recipes, either.

I am opinionated and I know it's not my right to tell people what to do but I still think, out of respect for the FOODIES on this site, that all non-edible stuff should be shared in the Group portion of GR.com only. Having said that, people are free to do what they will here. As am I. I see fit to rate non-edible recipes badly. 'Tis my prerogative.

So who are the trolls? Do we know who else is involved? ChefElaine is the leader, eh? Anybody else? We might as well get it all out in the open, n'est-ce pas?

To justjakesMom - Kingofall... posts on your recipes are HILARIOUS! It seems the inarticulate and in some cases, illiterate, form the basis of these troops. Who doesn't know to combine pork with cumin? DUH! I'm off to read more - it's just too fun! :D
