Death By Peanut Butter Cookies
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 t. vanilla
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Mix the first 3 ingredients together. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Form dough into balls the size of walnuts. Place in greased mini muffin tins (do not flatten) bake at 350ยบ for 8 minutes (they will not look done, but do not overbake) Press a mini peanut butter cup into the center of the cookie immediately after removing cookies from the oven. Let cool completely. Makes approximately 48 cookies.
