Cake mix question
I posted this question on 'make your own ingredients' and thought it might be helpful to post it here too.... I was just wondering if anyone had a good recipe to make a dry cake mix from scratch? There are many yummy recipes that call for cake mix, but I can't have the wheat in the mix. Would it be okay to just use the dry ingredients from a different (wheat-free) cake recipe? Thanks!
