Pork Shoulder is on sale this week ............ gonna be making some sausage ...*S*. Can't wait to try the Italian Seasoning blend. Anyone try it yet ........??? I usually just wing it when I try to make Italian. It is good to have some set proportions.
I have used anise in my blends in the past.
