OK...NOW I know what you mean! There are two "gingerbread" recipes, the second looks more "spicy", and probably close to what you wanted?? Maybe you can shape that recipe into triangles and dip them in chocolate?? I think it's pretty close, let me know....
And, the fourth paragraph, from the beginning of the article, explains why (what you're talking about) is called "Spitzkutchen"...
