What areas of the country are you folks from? I'm from Washington, in the Puget Sound area. LOTS of seafood around here. :)

Good shrimp, smoked mackeral and mullet a local specialty. Fine spiny lobster when in season and dare I even mention the terrific sustainable stone crab, to a Puget Sound native. I love stone crab and I'm so happy the season opens on my birthday each year. The stone crab festival seem to be tailor made for me. LOL Gotta have my faux joe's crab sauce and I'm a happy camper.
