Rotisserie Style Chicken
Ingredients:
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 roaster/roasting chicken (rinsed well and dried)

Directions:

In a saucepan, mix first five ingredients well and heat warm enough
to melt honey. Set aside.

Place chicken in baking dish, tucking wings and legs under and/or
tie chicken with kitchen twine. Cover chicken with basting liquid
entirely on all sides.

Bake chicken uncovered in a 400 degree oven 40-45 minutes, basting
chicken with liquid throughout the cooking time, or until nicely
browned. Remove from oven, cover baking dish with foil and let
stand 15-20 minutes to rest prior to carving.

Serves 4
