I made a large bottom rump roast, which was a main meal, with lots of gravy. It was delicious and made an excellent meal. The remainder was put away and some of it (along with leftover gravy) was later used in a shepherds pie. Delicious!
The last bit of roast was used to make cold roast beef sandwiches, for a quick lunch. Also good.
