Suggested changes
I would like to make a few changes to this site while it is still new

1) I would like to change the word WEEK to either STEP or LEVEL. the reason is this. Not everybody can accomplish each new habit in only 1 week. unless the change is made at a reasonable rate for each person than it won't become a permanent habit. It will be more like a diet ..when this is over I will go back to my old bad habits
2) then have each level divided into 2 parts. level 1 Habit: would be the new habit: drink more water.. then it would tell you how much, what size a glass is, tell you why it's important, a place to ask questions ex: does drinking too much water flush out vitamins, what can I do to make the water taste better etc The tech type stuff.
3) the second part would be Level 1 Progress: a place we talk about how we are doing, any problems, our cheering section.
by dividing the levels someone new doesn't have to wade thru long threads to find out the tech part of the levels.
4) the recipes: how do you all feel about them? would you like to see any healthy recipe or just ones that have to do with our goals?

I would like to see this site become a place that helps people make healthier choices in a possitive atmosphere..
How do you all feel about any of the changes that are suggested or do you have another suggestion?

My original posts were copied after what my husband's company wellness center did last summer. They had several practices that were each for one week. If you do them for one week it's easier to keep doing them for more time.
Many of these are things we should be doing anyway so this is a way to bring them to our attention so one week should do that.
We can add info to each practice as we come across it. (I'm sure we will find all sorts of interesting tidbits along the way.)
