Now, to get on that treadmill and make it longer than 2 minutes will be a goal. And my dogs will have a crazy happy fit if I could actually make it around the block without calling home for help to come and get me....LOL. This is the hardest, trying to walk when the muscles are so tightly wound. But one step at a time. I"m standing and that is a good start for me.
