6 oz chunk blue cheese- crumbled up 1 cuo light mayonaise 1 cup light sour cream 1 Teaspoon grated onion ( i used onion flakes in a bottle) 1 Teaspoon mustard a couple of shakes of garlic powder a couple of shakes of salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1/8 teaspoon worchcestershire sauce
mix all ingredients- cover and chill for an hour. great as dip or with chicken wings

Stir in reserved cheese before serving. Stand back as they dive in!
