VINEGAR SPRAY
Straight vinegar reportedly kills 82 percent
of mold. Pour some white distilled vinegar
into a spray bottle and apply to moldy areas.
Let set without rinsing, now add 5-6 drops Tea Tree essential oil or 20 drops of Citrus Seed extract to this mix and the results will be even better, plus better smelling.
After you have removed the mold here is a great bathroom recipe to keep handy:
Pine Disinfectant
2 cups water
2 tsp borad
8 drops pine essential oil
4 drops cedar essential oil
Combine all ingredients in clean spray bottle. Shake before each use. Spray onto bathroom surfaces and wipe clean with damp cloth or sponge. No need to rinse.
Found in a book I highly recommend, called The Naturally Clean Home
Here is another Bathroom Cleaner/ General Cleaner.
1 tsp borax
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 cups hot water
10 drops eucalyptus essential oil
15 drops lavender essential oil
4 drops tea tree essential oil
Mix in spray bottle. Give a shake before each use.
