OK so right now I'm in denial as far as any healthly eating goes (LOL) but for anyone who wants to enter the New Year with healthy cooking in mind, here are suggestions from the site WebMD.

Brain Food For Kids, by Graimes . Really tasty recipes in here, for kids and adults.
