I look forward to getting this back up and running.. If you make one small change and have it become a habit and then another you can lose wieght and become healthier..
Diets are temporary 'fixes'. instead lets make good habits... and if we slip-up, it's not hard to get back on track.. I'm so glad to have you both here.. Happy 2008
