We LIVE on yogurt and cheese....and so many things have hidden dairy products! If any one has great suggestions for feeding my lil guy safely I'd appreciate it! I'm especially looking for quick and cheap-ish meals! Thanks in advance guys! :D

We buy her Soy beverages they come in many flavors such as original (it is like milk for cereal) strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. Also there are soy cheeses and many other products. Instead of ice cream she eats sherbet or sorbet. Now in the grocery store they have lactose free ice cream that taste just like the real deal! The products are pricier than regular dairy but I noticed that as more people are using them they have come down considerably. She loves it and he is young enough that he won't miss the real dairy. Just ensure he is getting enough calcium. We added a calcium supplement to her diet. Hope this helps!!
