Baby Steps Week 2
Everyone drinking more water??

I thought I would bring the group back up, since we are on week2 for 2008 - Looks like week 2 is 5 servings of fruits/veggies daily, from previous posts.

Hi Sparow64, I drink Lots of water with crushed ice and lemon or lime. It has really helped my skin. Thanks for the wonderful tips!

If you have been drinking the 8 glasses of water and it's easy for you then go to week 2

If you still are not doing your 8 glasses stay where you are one week 1..

The drink of the water is really a good first step.. it helps get flush your system of toxins.. and get back to function less sluggish..

I drink water that is flavored, lemon water is great or you can add a little juice..
some of the vitamin waters out there are good too.

I was just coming on to write up something.. Thank you Sparow for starting it up..

to keep us motivated it would be good to give " progress reports" !!! LOL
that way we know we aren't out there winging it on our own...

Okay better late than never....tomorrow I'll start on week one and start drinking more water.

good Bean.. Don't forget to let us Know how you are progressing...

Don't try to do it all at once if you are not close to the eight glasses.. Baby Steps

the first day should be a normal day.. but note how close you are to the total amount of water..

the second day you should start working toward the goal..
