i'm wondering why there are 53 members of this group and NYM and I are the only ones taking an active part???

I'm still following....don't count me out! I've been using my juicer to experiment with different drinks. I even bought a juicing recipe book. And - - - you've motivated me to dust off my treadmill. I normally walk my dog, but the treadmill makes it easier to keep up with the distance. I drink lots of water already so I moved on to the fruit/veggie stage. This really is a great idea

I'm working on the treadmill to get enough strength to handle the JRT on his walks....he can pull my arm off and I can never keep up with him. How embarassing to call the hubby to come and get me because I don't have the strength or stamina to walk back home!!??? But I'm working on it, one step at a time. Glad to know you're hear with us.

NYM .. I know that wasn't funny but it cracked me up... I get myself into situations like that too... keep up the good work... and remember the saying about all journeys start with one step..

RLM: I'm so glad you are still with us.. I'm still working on the veggie and fruit step.. May be on this step for awhile but I do want it to become a life long habit..

I think I'm going to have to invest in a juicer.. I'm good at carrying things around with me and eating little at a time.. I'm not so good at stopping what I'm doing and going to get something... especially if I'm in the Studio...

so keep up the good work and let us know how your doing..
