I still try to eat more veggies then meat, mostly fish. Anyway, my mother who of course is still vegetarian sent me this site awhile ago and I REALLY think it's worth a look, there are many wonderful recipes here, all from scratch. Mostly vegan and all vegetarian. Don't be worried about the religious aspect of it, it is a SDA site, but they are the revolutionaries aren't they? . Here you go, Enjoy http://www.3abn.org/recipe_collection.cfm

When I first became a vegetarian in the 1960's there weren't many places to go for information and recipes, and I had never learned to cook. I came across two small SDA cookbooks that were life-savers. The recipes were tasty and fool-proof. The recipes on this web site reminded me of those cookbooks.

There are some really good vegetarian cook books out there. Best part is, some of the recipes taste close to the real thing it's difficult to tell the difference.
