I made my first batch and am now on my second. )Each batch makes four loaves.) It's an interesting way to make bread easily. No kneading, just stir the wet and dry together, let rise and use as needed. It's a very wet and sticky dough that uses no kneading. I think it's quite good. I will add this...don't knock it until you've tried it. It's good bread!

Several of the gals had tried it, and gotten more to and evidently it's hugely popular! Everyone had great things to say about it. I haven't been adventurous enough to try it myself yet. :)

I would advise watching the videos to see how THEY do it. I have a better understanding of a few things now that will make my bread even better. It really is easy. You just stir the ingredients together and leave it to rise. You don't knead or anything. It's very simple, once you've done it. Try it!

Went to the book and found the recipe. I used the boule dough, followed the instuctions, except for rising time, as I work in a cold kitchen and the bread rises much slower. Popped them in the oven this morning, for breakfast and surprised Hubby with warm cinnamon buns and fresh hot coffee, in bed. Fantastic! Very gooey, with lots of pecans. I will be making more, soon! Definitely a 5 forks recipe!!!!

I don't have tons of ingredients, but I do have oats!! and it'd be nice to make something besides a white bread. Trying to decide whether to order the book. Thanks!

I've done some of the whole wheats and there are ones for rye and even a granola bread. I have really enjoyed trying various recipes, as they are all delicious. IMHO the book is definitely worth buying.
