I have bottom round roast,(ok ok I know pot roast..) um then there is chicken thigh fillets, boneless eye of round, and boneless beef chuck country style ribs.. Please if any good new ideas. I like the pot roast but if I hear something new that doesnt include cream of SOUP.. I would be much happier.

Country Ribs....I boil them for a while then give them a dry rub and grill them, or broil them in the oven. They come out tender and they have alot of meat on them.

If you put the chicken in still frozen, it will make the sauce much more watery, so I add a can of drained tomatoes to help make up the difference when I do that.

Again, adding the chicken while frozen makes more water, so adjust for that. You can always stir a heaping tablespoon of cornstarch in a little cold water and add to the sauce, then boil a couple of minutes and that thickens it right up.
