Okay, foodies, help me out here. My husband came home with 3 cases, yes, 3 cases, 16 pints of fresh blueberries. I don't have time to can mid-week, or turn them to jam right now. I suppose I could freeze them and wait til I have time, but does anyone else have a suggestions?
