I love things made from scratch and with items that are as close to natural as possible. Its what I would like to eat at a restaurant. I am tired of going out to eat and examining the food to understand what it is I am about to put in my mouth.If I have to ask a waiter too many questions about anything, I am not going to stay for the meal.
I hope this group helps and gives some incentive to what is very easy and affordable to do.
