I received an electric skillet as a birthday gift in Feb. and I don't know what to do with it. I've tried a few things, and I either burn it on the bottom, or it never seems to cook all the way through.... I would love some simple recipes that I can start with to learn how to use it, I need something full proof! lol, and we're kinda meat and potatoes people so anything along those lines would be great!
