Making Kukla's pasta salad and some broiled salmon for supper. Scored a boatload of yellow and orange peppers yesterday and this is the perfect salad for us. YUM. If I only had time to make those evil nutella cookies, too. They sent a shiver done my spine.
Have a great day ya'll. Happy cooking.

I made two seven-layer salads last night---one for the meeting w/the gals and I then I made one for the family tonight. (I figure with all that chopping/mixing, why not make two, right?)
I'm going to do some Honeybaked ham slices (easy to pick up on the way) along with some rolls and the 7LS tonight. Yuuummmo!

It's good but it needs work done on the flavor as this was an Americanized recipe which doesn't have strong curry flavor. I tripled the herb/spices but it still wasn't quite as delicious as what we get in the restaurant. Will keep trying. Also had some Kheer, recipe from Pamela, and it is pretty good. It's great for a snack or for breakfast!
