I hope your morning is off to a great start..

we made it to HUMP Day once again... and the weekend can't be to far away..

the Sring time trees are in bloom here and it makes everything look so pretty... we have small leaves on the trees... the grass is green... my husband will have to mow it this weekend..!!

it's 5:30 pm Tuesday evening here and still warm and sunny out...

G'day all...prayers to all in need of them, esp pat and john. I raked what is left of my poor little microscopic lawn. My dogs did a real number on it over the winter. Huge dead spots with beautiful dark green tufts of grass here and there. So sad, I scattered a mix of potting soil and grass seed in hopes it will again resemble a lawn. I'm not sure but I don't think my grape vine made it either!! It's not that old, about 6 or 7 years, maybe it's fooling me and will get some buds very soon. Hope I don't find anymore DOA's as I probe around around!! Anyway, everyone have a happy Wednesday!

Just an update, yesterday brought some not so nice news.

They have one more test scheduled for John that they need a special radiologist for to rule something out. Med flights were coming in like crazy all day and all night so things got bumped.

The CT of the vessels show that the verteboral arteries in the neck are blocked, the right one totally the left almost totally. Surgeons will be consulted today as to whether stents will be used (closed surgery) or they will be cleaned out (open surgery).

From what I read online, closed is usually done but each case is different. Hopefully they won't find anything else with the heart.

Also got a call from two of my sisters letting me know my Mother's blood pressure was very low. the visiting nurse e-mailed her Doctor at noon, my sister called him
at 4 p.m. and they e-mailed him again and at 9:30 last night.......no call back yet.

My daughter told my sister not to give her her BP meds, pressure is low enough, to watch her through the night and to call the Doctor first thing this morning.

I wish I could split myself in half and be in both places but I can't and I belong here.

Just wanted to let you know before it got busy here. It's 5:43 a.m........was awake most of the night so I said to heck with it and just came to the hospital. I found John awake worrying, so I'm glad I'm here.

Sorery to hear the news about John. Hope they can get things done quickly. Waiting is terrible. At least they seem to be finding some of the problem. We pray and hope for the best!

Hope all those under the weather are doing better. Weather here is finally beautiful. Supposed to hit 80 or better today.

Pat sorry to hear the news about John, but at least they are finding out what's causing his problems and it can be corrected. I've heard of others having this procedure done.
Good luck, prayers going out to the both of you, and your mom also, hope you find her doing better this morning.

Got a busy day today, groceries to buy, gas to get :(, and need to run by Lowe's and get some cyprus mulch while it's on sale. So I need to get on with my day.

Prayers to those under the weather, in the hospital, and those in need of a special intention whatever it may be.

PAT...... thanks for checking in and letting us know about John.... thank God they finally are figuring out what is wrong...... make sure you eat and drink plenty of liquids...we don't want you to get sick..

Hi,

Just thought I would come back briefly and let everyone know I heard from Bob this evening, he's hanging in there, has to make another trip back for more tests tomorrow, he's been going everyday this week. He sends his gentle hugssssss, lets keep him in our prayers as he goes through all these tests.
