Linda, there probably isn't much hope of curing this person, unless she sees that she has a problem. Banning is possible, if Kris would so choose, but that ain't gonna happen.

Pat2.. we have been ignoring her for the past few days... Only talking in private groups. Did it do any good.. NO.. she went off last night in Coffee.. Like a child stomping her feet...
