HEY!!!HEY!!! I got a call yesterday (Actually today) that they have me sceduled for the biopsy next Wednesday,May 7th. They gave me the choice of a local or general. I took the general because of all the talk of the chances of it going wrong. If they run into trouble they wont have to wait to get me down for what ever they have to do.

Had a cloudy and cool day,I wish it would get a little warmer, I have some plants to put in the garden but am just harding them off for now.

Sorry to hear that you have the head aches back,Peeta, Hope a good nights rest eases them up.

Chapter 5

Update.....neighbor boy has bitten by boy...went to see grandma & grandpa that day...they basically blamed by boy for the trouble.

Went back a few days later under EXTREME protest from hubby. Sorry...had to stand my ground.

Well, when I went to see them, they were sooo different than the night the incident happened. These people are like Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde! They of course, told me of all their problems and woes, and now apparently, the Dad who I was told was no where around, has come forward to claim the child. The grandparents are in a total turmoil because he is claiming rights on the boy now. They are upset, the boy is upset. They feel now, when they are so trying to establish a routine for him, the dad is coming in and messing everything up. Even though I shouldn't involve myself with this, I feel I have to voice my opinon. I don't know the father. But perhaps he has been duped by the family of the boys mother. Maybe he does want to make good with his son? Why not give him a chance. Maybe the mother kept him away! Who knows. All I can say is for some reason I have been pulled into all of this. I told Dakota, (the neighbor boy, that he would be welcome again at my house so long as he goes by my rules while he is here. I just can't seem to let go of him. When he looks at me with his big blue eyes, I just melt, knowing all the details. So, for now, I told his grandparents that I did not want to be involved in the faimily problems. Don't want to hear about it! So long as he behaves and gets along with my son than he is more that welcome here. Also told them I don't want to hear about how I remind them of their daughter or anything like that. To them I'm just a neighbor. Hopefully this will all work out ok. Like i said this little boy seems special to me. I believe Gold sent him to our house for a reason and I need to follow thru as best I can. But not to a point where I sacrifice my house rules or my childs safety. nuf said. No doubt there will be a chapter 6. lol

Bob great news, at least the ball is rolling again.

Kimmer I agree with pleclare, you seem to be on the right track, and did you know they claim if the first letter and last letter in a word is in the right place you can read the word without even realizing it's spelled wrong. For instance, bet you can read this without any trouble, Lvoely waehter tdaoy (I had to go back and look for your word, I just skimmed right over it.

Okay now it's time for some hot coffee and house cleaning. Hope you all have a great day!

I have my windows open...it's a beautiful day. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Hubby wants to go to Annapolis for a sailboat show. I told him that was a wonderful idea. You "look" at sailboats while I'm "shopping" at the wonderful antique shops. Now he's rethinking his plan.

Thanks to all for your support and putting up with the "chapters of my life" here. It helps me so much to put it all into words to try to make sense of it and get outside opinions. You all are great!

Kimmer........we enjoy the saga you're sharing with us and you're a good person for being so supportive and patient with that boy's family.

Henrie, Bob and everyone else that lives in the South or Midwest...one of our Boston stations just launched a weather program on their site that lets you track storms in real time nationally as well as click on a storm and see what direction it's heading in and what kind of weather is associated with it.

I haven't checked it myself yet, but intend to, the site is www.thebostonchannel.com.......thought it might be helpful with all the terrifying reports we've been seeing here.

Kimmer, I don't think your spelling was that far off ... we all know that GOD is GOLD! I agree that perhaps that young one was led into your life for a reason, perhaps for a reason for you, or perhaps for a reason for him. Follow your instincts and just let that love, compassion and understanding from upstairs flow right through you!
