There were over 1000 people there (most of the town). We did as many racks of ribs, chicken, steaks, smoked burgers as we could til we ran out. It was a hit! OMG the house, well corn field, went wild! We do this event every year and regardless of what political party you belong to, we all mix it up as neighbors right before elections. People were sharing their meats to try it and we guess next year we will need between 10 - 15 gallons to get us by. All the meats were basted with it toward the end on the grills. The standard bbq sauces we had went unopened until we ran out of yours. It was fabulous! Great flavor and what a heat! Hard to find that combination of flavor and heat. Lots of toasty tongues and stomachs.Great recipe, you should bottle this stuff.Bill
He was an amazing friend and I would like to honor him.

Wow....so very sorry to say I never knew him. He was gone before I came here. From what I have read before, he sounds like a wonderful man. But because of him we have this particular group. So I say to you now putercop, may you be all smiling in heaven now and enjoying what we, still living, can only imagine and dream of. Till we meet one day.....everyone sleep sweet and hug your loved ones as we never know what tomorrow will bring.
