I cracked up over the chicken boobs on the grill from yesterday's dinners. I think I'll do the same tonight. Just marinate 'em all day and toss them on the grill with a salad and some veggies.

wow - i'll have to go back and check out chicken boob posts- I now have a new take on what to have for tonight - it was just going to be left over chicken - but I guess I will have bruschetta topped left over chicken boobs with melted fresh mozzarella, salad and anything else thats got to be eaten up.

My boobs last night looked great! I brined them all day, so they'd be firm and plump, and they were still juicy and delicious! Then I slathered my boobs with Sweet Baby Ray's sauce---which the Bratchild loved! Charred the boobage on the grill, which imparted a nice smoky taste and feel. We enjoyed the chicken boobs immensely! lol!

I've got both hamburger helper and 4 little filet steaks wrapped in bacon in the freezer. I'm not sure which one I'm doing---Bratchild has karate and DH will be exhausted when he finally makes it home.

He's got a pretty sensitive stomach---so I have to watch what I cook most nights on evening shift as he will wake up with a burning gut at about 3 in the morning, and his moans and groans will keep the whole house (including the cat) awake until 5. That's a man for ya, though!! lol

I decided to change my menu (us women are allowed to change our minds) and for dinner - I am still doing chicken - but I will make chicken boob quesadillas with fresh salsa and caramelized onions

lol knox on the chicken boobs...I can only refer them as that for now on in my household...

made shirleyoma's strawberry whipped sensation for a sunday bbq and used per knox's suggestion added creme cheese - I also did it in a round spring form versus a bread loaf pan - and added fresh layers of strawberries inside and the cumbled oreos on both the bottom, middle and top - didn't get to take photo - but it totally rocked and was chosen over the other desserts!
