Good morning Peeta and henrie. Yes, this little world of ours is being 'rained' on by so many disasters..so many people dying. I pray it will stop for a breather and reverse its' course.
Thanks henrie for news of Bob , I was getting worried as he usually sends me a short e-mail or at least forwards me a joke. Many more prayers for him.

Hi all, late Wednesday evening, I have a special request for prayers for a very dear family friend who is in her early 50s and just had radical surgery today for breast cancer. I've not heard how the surgery went yet but if you could send up words to the Lord on her behalf I know she would appreciate it. Her name is Debbie.

Hi, Crystal......consider it done, Debbie will be added to our prayers and I would like to add another name as well.
We visited John's cousin while we were at the hospital Tuesday. He had heart bypass surgery on Monday, it was supposed to be a quadruple and ended up a septuple. He will be kept unconscious for several days to let his heart rest. He's holding his own but extra prayers will help.
Bob and Mary, you know we're pulling for you and praying for you and sending you those gentle hugs we're all so fond of.

A prayer for our dear friend Bob - O Lord, holy Father, creator of the universe, you can bring the dead back to life, and heal those who are sick. Hear our prayers as we pray for Bob that he may feel your healing hand upon him, renewing his body and refreshing his soul. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

hi everybody.... It was a sort of nice day here.... I decided to go and look for plants this afternoon since it was nice.... I get to the forst one and it starts to lightly rain...ugh... but I wasn't going to waste the trip so I shopped anyway.... went to the second place because it had clear up.... only to get rained on again..!!! LOL... oh well I had a good time anyway... now I need to plan my flower garden...
