You must be thinking that you are going to eat cookies all day and that would be fine, well not exactly. You know all those frozen red box dinners in your freezer with the points on the side, get rid of them. Those diet drinks that are so loaded with chemical sweetener that when given to rodents causes tumors to grow, down the drain. If you have any food that doesn't inspire you, chuck it.

Some mornings, you will feel like a bowl of healthy good for you oatmeals with brown sugar, cream and a pat of butter, other times you might crave fruit loops, that is ok. Just listen to what your body is asking for.

On a personal note, I am eating healthier than ever, because I can eat what I want. I can cook things I haven't eaten in years because good old fashioned home cooking never falls into a diet cookbook. Last week,I had chicken and dumplings, made with all dark meat.
