I'm making these as a surprise for my BF for when he comes home from work tonight. They are his favorite.
I melt bittersweet chocolate with butter and some Grand Marnier and find the biggest, juiciest strawberries. Now is a good time for those!

I love those too! I also have a recipe for chocolate stuffed roasted strawberries that I have fixed for Bryan, and they were a big hit! Posting it here.
