Good Morning Everyone! Beautiful but hot day here. Will take it easy today.

It seem calmer on the site this morning and hope we all servived the attacks of yesterday. I do hope that all my friends on the site are here today!

Hope eveyone has a great day. For those in the heat area,stay cool!

Yep, it is a scorcher again today.

Makes me wish I had organized the yard sale 2 months ago instead of two weeks from today. I'm going through the kitchen drawer by drawer and cabinet by cabinet and weeding out all items I don't use. High time I purge the excess.

Watching Jamie Olivier cook with a bowl and spoon makes me wonder why do I need all this stuff....and we all know how George Carlin feels about stuff.

The heat here is so stifiling. You could cut the air with a knife. I had to break down and turn on the a/c. Going to 95 here in the Poconos.

Kimmer thanks for the concern about where I've been lately, it was just so hot and without AC I didn't feel like doing much of anything. Now that I have it up and running again, I'm enjoying my COOL house once again. How is your weather in Florida, hope your staying cool, keep that AC in good working condition ;0) I had just had mine checked for the summer too, then it went down.

Pat your grandson, Nick is such a sweetheart, he's soooooooo cute. Hope he's still getting along okay with everything he's been through.

Ya'll stay cool and don't pay attention to the agitators, I think we all know each other better then the rumors they try to spread. Some people haven't been taught better obviously or don't have anything better to do with there time.

Hi all, I gotta say I'm a little jealous of hearing how hot you guys are. We have had the worst Spring so far. Only a couple of days of nice weather in the last month. Henrie....I was signing on thinking, If henrie's hasnt been there I'm gonna really be worried! Our weather here is hot as can be already. There were thunderstorms lurking around last night but didn't really get any rain. Know what you mean about not wanting to do to much when it is so hot. I'm having a big pool party in July for my youngest and really want to do some sprucing up in the front and back yard around the pool. But just can't handle the heat. Should have got to it sooner but with my work and baseball schedule there just was no time. Plan to get up early tomorrow and maybe do some things before it heats up too bad.

Where is our dear peeta? I know she was visiting her mother yesterday but odd she hasnt checked in. We're gonna have to get after her for that, lol. She always worries so about us. Hopefully she is just having such a wonderful day.

Well off to the laundry room I go. Dirty clothes are calling my name, lol.

Justjakesmom... I will gladly share .. Upper 90's and HUMID... We got some of that stuff that falls from the sky... called RAIN! Talk about REDNECKS.. we sat on porch and watched it!

I hope all this stuff has not caused Peeta not to come on here... Miss her! This has settled.. now if all will let it stay that way.

I'm so sorry I worried you all..... i went to see my Mother yesterday and had a wonderful time.... my husband hooked up a new printer for her and did some odd jobs and got her AC in...... and I helped her weed out some stuff for a garage sale that is in a few weeks......my brother came down after he got off work and we all sat and talk until late.... got to see my niece.....she did REALLY well in her first year of college... a duel major....Architecture and Design majors...

then the internet was down.... when I got back on there seemed to be alot to catch up on!!!!....

please don't think I would desert you all because of a little unpleasentness.... I care about all of you..... So happy you spent time with family... Usually when I am missing.. that is what is going on with me.. Grandson took test today for Border Patrol... he did amazing! So proud of him.. Only draw back is his age... he is 19.. and they were shocked.. they thought he was older. So now he waits..
