When I make homemade spaghetti sauce I put about 15 to 20 cloves of garlic (crushed in it) also homemade chili. I load beef, pork roast with by stuffing and rubbing them with it.
Yummers I love my garlic. Got some recipes that I put on Cd's some time ago but way back then we knew nothing about burning them so got to see if I can find them and label them so I will know where the recipes are and what kind of recipes when I find them I will put them in your group.
Thanks for a great group.

I then pass the whole head of garlic through a potato ricer and remove the skins. Then I proceed with the baked potatoes. Which clean out the remaining garlic. I find that the texture and flavor of of the mashed potatoes is better then boiling them. After passing the potatoes through the ricer I place half of them in a mixing bowl then add butter, some cream salt and what ever herbs I feel like that day. Then I whip those until creamy then fold in the rest of the potatoes . The end result is both creamy with some texture.

LOL Bake it, double and triple recipe amounts, get the walls infused with its great aroma. I find it quite effective in getting relatives and hangabouts out of my house. LOL Only those who are true garlic connoiseurs stay for the feast. A true friend is one who will share garlic with you and smile sitting within breath shot. :-)
