Make sure that the first 3-4 ingredients don't have High Fructose Corn Syrup *Slow cooking old fashioned oats are also okay
You should not eat:
* High Fructose Corn Syrup * Baked beans * Carrots * Corn * Ripe bananas * Raisins * White bread, pasta, rice * Potatoes * Beer * Bacon with 3 gm or more of sugar added, *fried chicken (this is coated or breaded fried chicken) *most cold cuts with added sugar to it.

* Peas
* Spinach
* Lettuce
* Squash
* Zucchini
* Mushrooms
* Asparagus
* Artichokes
* Cabbage

* Eggplant
* Onions
*Sweet Potatoes
* Nuts
