My favorite kitchen gadget is the cake tester....It looks like a long thin toothpick but it's thinner....I lost mine and I sure wish I could find one in the store. I have seen them online but I guess I don't want to pay the shipping & handling!

If you need new cookie sheets Jett, get the Airbake ones! Worth the little bit of extra money for sure.
My favorite gadget, especially for peanut butter measuring, is a liquid/solid measuring thingy I have. You can pour liquid into one side, or "thick" solids in the other, such as peanut butter or shortening. You open it to the measurment you want, stuff in the pb, then just push it out into your bowl!
