My moms recipe for lasagna is one that is famous with our family and friends.
It is baked in a turkey roaster and baked long enough so that the top forms a crispy cheese crust. When it is served it comes out like a large piece of cake..not all falling all over.
It is moist and filled with the perfect blend of meat , cheese. and sauce.
