1) Scrumptious Baked Chicken Parmesan - this is one of the first things I ever created, and everyone still asks for it. My son actually called to get the recipe to cook for his wife when they were dating!
2). Lori's Bodacious Big N Beefy Bluecheese Steakburgers. This is a new creation, that we served company. I heard 2 of the guys make the following comments to others (so I know they meant it! LOL) "Wow...this is the best hamburger I ever had in my whole life" and "This is good enough to be on the new menu at Ruby Tuesday's".
Really makes me feel good to know that they enjoy eating it as much as I enjoy creating it.
