The only thing better than a Hot Roast Beef Sandwich would be one that is served with a big helping of seasoned green beans....and then some vine ripened tomatoes from the garden and some cucumbers in vinegar.

You're my kind of cook!!!! I'm patiently waiting for our local green beans and tomatoes to appear at our markets here - hopefully, I will find some this coming weekend. I could become a vegetarian during the summer months!!

I know what you mean! but.....I take fresh veggies to our favorite and local chinese restaurant and they make a delicious beef and tomato dish that is to die for. If I also take Asian bean we get those in it also. You have to taste this to believe it. It's to DIE for!
They look forward to the bags of tomatoes, peppers and beans that I drop off. ( They have become good friends over the years so they look forward to the fresh food without pesticides and we look forward to the dishes they prepare for us with the produce.)
Now I'm getting hungry for Chinese again!
