thanks
Also is anyone familiar with Chiri-Mushi? (steamed salmon casserole.) if so what type of steamer would you recommend. I have a small bamboo steamer, but I'm sure that won't work. About how much is a traditional japanese steamer?
Hope to get an answer soon.
Thanks again Marie

Stil not having luck finding one. Would also like a Japanese Omelet Pan, so if anyone knows where I could find these, any hints would be appreciated.
