Making Toasty Oats
Give a nutty flavor to cereals and cookies by using toasted rolled oats. To toast oats, just spread the oats in a shallow layer in a baking pan.

Then bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or till lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Cool. Store tightly covered.

Try this idea with millet, rye berries, and other grains, too.
